WHAT IS SOUNDCHECK? 

 

The Soundcheck Program is made up of various elements, particularly suited for singers and performers who:

1. Desire additional input and support alongside regular weekly or fortnightly lessons;

2. Wish to have lessons and feedback on a casual basis;

3. Want one-off or ongoing consultative discussions outside of, &/or alongside, regular lessons to discuss various aspects of their singing career, goals and events (and more!)

4. Require assistance with applications, EOIs etc.

 

WHAT ELEMENTS MAKE UP THE SOUNDCHECK PROGRAM?

 

The Soundcheck Program is a tailor-made program that may be made up of a number of different elements according to the needs and goals of each student/client, in a particular time period, including:

• SoundCheck Consultations - support via phone or online for advice re voice care, repertoire selection, planning and more!
  For example:
  * voice care/health,
  * repertoire selection,
  * career development,
  * building a set list,
  * preparing for an audition/competition/gig/assessment/show/tour,
  * preparing to record
  * mentoring,
  * pre-performance planning & mindset readiness
  * event planning
  * general advice
  --- and more!
   

• SoundCheck Feedback - a pre-recorded video (up to 5 minutes duration) of either a song, or sections of a song or a vocal exercise/technique a student/client is working on that they then submit to BTM. BTM will provide written or recorded feedback, tips and guidance. These can be purchased as part of the SoundCheck Me package, or as a number of discrete ‘Feedback spots’ to be used within a two-month period.
   

• SoundCheck Me - a package of prepaid lessons and SoundCheck Feedback spots that can be used within a two-month period. SoundCheck Consultations may also be included in this package if desired.

🎙️Currently, pricing varies depending on what and how many ‘menu’ items you want in your program. The pricing structure may possibly change as we navigate the first few months.
