CHRISTMAS PARTY
It was a thrill to be a part of providing seasonal music at this year's Anglicare Christmas Party - a wonderful event that Anglicare hosts for their clients in the Toowoomba area.
This is the second year running that I've been involved and I LOVED being there - hearing the chatter and the laughter as people visited over a lovely meal, occasionally singing along with me as I entertained in the background. And being visited by a particular red-suited, white-bearded gentlemen!
Performing at Christmas is one of my favourite things to do and allows me to dip into my classical singing background for some songs and then back into contemporary or jazz voice for others.
