JUBILEE album's 10th anniversary

November 2014 - the date I launched my album, with nervous energy and excitement, into the world. What a wild ride it was to get there.
But get there we did, with the support of a cast too numerous to name.

Jubilee was a home-grown project, recorded with volunteers from all across Australia using songs I had penned over a number of years.

Hard to believe this baby is now double-digits-years-old! And over the years it's grown to be available as a CD alone to being on most popular digital stores and streaming platforms. Why not check it out today!?

CHRISTMAS IN JULY

It was so much fun entertaining the residents of a local aged care community with Christmas tunes for their Christmas in July luncheon. Seeing the delight on their faces as familiar tunes were sung and hearing many sing along with me, filled my heart with great warmth.

TOOWOOMBA CARNIVAL OF FLOWERS - PARKLAND ENTERTAINMENT

It was a windy, leaf-littered start to what was to become a wonderful few hours entertaining in one of my most favourite Toowoomba Parks, Laurel Bank, as part of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers entertainment lineup.

I sang a range or cover songs from over the decades (1960s to modern day) supplemented by many of my original tunes. Thank you to each one who turned out for the event. The dancing and the joy of enjoying the Spring sunshine and vibrant blooms added to a wonderful atmosphere of fun and community.

I was delighted as audience members participated by responding to my question in parts: "Would you like a cover or an original next?" with the response many times being a hearty: "Original!" As a singer-songwriter that is especially gratifying.

Thank you to Toowoomba Regional Council, People First Bank and Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers for the opportunity to be involved.
